We have been waiting on this one!  Come give our accelerated training a try!
ACCELERATED TRAININGS move at an increased pace. Sessions run for 2 Sessions for 2 Hours. It is important to practice consistently and do your homework.

 In this training our key focus is to introduce new moves & combinations while perfecting old moves and increasing overall strength and flexibility.   Follow our Accelerated Practice Plan to master your list of moves in the next 90 days. 

 Sessions run for 2 Sessions for 2 Hours Per Session.  Once initial training sessions are commit to our guided calander to practice your skills.   Complete the mission by meeting us for your Meet Up and Follow Up Sessions. 

It is important to practice consistently and do your homework.
