Shipping policy

We are excited about your purchase. Processing times are separate from shipping times seen at checkout.

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please allow 7 business days additional for shipping times. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We only ship priority mail, we do not express or overnight orders.

Please note holiday seasons and special events may create potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 976 Jefferson St NW SUITE G .

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be processed, prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

DO NOT ARRIVE FOR PICK UP WITHOUT FIRST RECEIVING PICK UP NOTICE.

DO NOT COME TO FACILITY WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [ VJ Fashion Inc ] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

Do not contact Vertical Joes Studio unless specifically directed to do so.

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing plus 7 business days delivery.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us here in our store chat box or email us at vjsfashioninc@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. We will notify you by email with any issues with your order .
