Step 2: Check Availability 📝

Once you’ve found your match, click the "Check Availability" button on that page. This will take you to our quick Google Form.

• Action: Fill out your desired dates and location details.

• The Lair Courtesy Call: After you submit, keep your phone handy! We provide a courtesy call to confirm your dates, answer any questions, and ensure we have everything perfect for your "closing" to lock in the sale.

Step 3: Secure Your Dates with Payment 💳

After our call, we will send your digital invoice directly to your inbox.

• Action: Complete your payment promptly. Your reservation isn’t "official" until the invoice is cleared. This guarantees no one else can snag your gear for those dates!

Step 4: Delivery or DIY Pick-Up 🚚

Now for the fun part—getting the gear! You have two options:

• White Glove Delivery: Sit back and let us bring the Lair to you.

• DIY Pick-Up/Return: Save on fees by handling the transport yourself.

  • Note: Pick-ups and returns must happen during our scheduled warehouse hours.

🦓 FAQ: Everything You Need to Know About The Lair Rentals

Is the pole safe if it doesn't touch the ceiling?

Absolutely! We provide Professional Free-Standing Stage Poles. Because they do not attach to the ceiling, you might notice a small amount of natural movement—this is completely normal and engineered for safety. You can set these up anywhere!

Can the poles handle heavy use or "doubles" routines?

Yes. Our gear is industry-standard and built for the pros. These poles are designed to handle:

• All Professional Levels (from beginner to elite)

• Doubles/Partners routines

• Male Dancers and high-impact power moves. There’s a reason our poles have been featured on set with Ludacris, Snoop Dogg, Offset, and more—they are built to perform.

How long is the rental for?

All rentals are for 24-hour intervals. If you need the gear for a longer production or a full weekend, let us know on your Check Availability form.

When do I need to pay?

For all rentals, payment in full is required at the time of booking to lock in your dates.

Are there extra fees?

To keep things fair for our team, additional fees may apply for:

• Last-Minute Bookings (within 72 hours of the event)

• Outdoor Rentals

• Holiday Seasons

• Locations outside of Metro Atlanta

• Poles excluding economy poles have refundable deposits

When can I pick up or get delivery?

Pick-up and delivery options vary based on our current production schedule. Please note that The Lair is closed for scheduled bookings on Sundays, so pick-ups and returns are set for our Monday–Saturday window!
